VP – Digital, AAA Bank and Club Applications at AAA – The Auto Club Group

Jai plays the role of product sponsor for the Connected Member Mobile App that their members utilize to interact with AAA products and services. In addition, Jai is responsible for technology solutions for AAA Banking, CRM, Membership and Travel business lines.

Prior to this Jai has served as the VP for Customer Relationship Technology where he lead the rollout of enterprise wide CRM software that supported 9+ million members. He also led the integration of two major club systems and processes that involved consolidation of applications and data centers.

Prior to joining ACG, Jai played multiple roles across consulting organizations including TCS, HP, CSC and Covansys.
